Must Have
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting, Solid understanding of sales planning processes, territory management, quota allocation, and sales compensation dependencies, Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and influence without authority, Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational issues, Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
Data Stewardship familiarity with Reltio, D&B, and account hierarchy tools is preferred, Experience supporting global sales organizations is preferred
