What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years sales operations experience, Master's degree or equivalent, Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc., Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Nice to Have

Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool), Experience using BI tools, Experience presenting to senior leadership

Shape Sales Operations Strategy

Own AGR workstream end-to-end

Drive decisions with lasting impact

Define AGR Sales Operations strategy

Own AGR prioritization framework

Ensure AGR team has tools

Serve as primary Sales Operations partner

Translate rep-level challenges into solutions

Enable AGRs to focus on high-value interactions

Own ARR-to-AGR handoff process

Design automation for handoff process

Improve handoff process continuously

Ensure seamless seller transitions

Identify automation opportunities

Reduce tactical work through technology

Build self-service mechanisms

Lead complex multi-stakeholder programs

Manage timelines for initiatives

Remove organizational obstacles

Synthesize data from seller journey

Create executive communications

Design reporting mechanisms

Implement process improvements

Establish efficiency frameworks

Scale learnings across NSR

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering with AGR leadership; Partner with Finance, Product, Tech; Work with tactical operations team; Cross-functional working group

Communication Scope

Executive communications; QBRs; Operating planning narratives

Process & Methodology

Roadmap planning, Program management
