Salesforce-native Sales operator, system precision, process ownership, SFDC data is clean enough to trust, comp statements arrive on time and without errors, forecast reviews actually improve rep behavior, 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, Deep Salesforce ownership experience, Direct experience owning sales compensation administration, Proven ability to own a forecasting cadence, Comfortable building and maintaining SFDC reports and dashboards, Working knowledge of how Salesforce data flows into downstream systems, High ownership orientation, cross-functional communicator, Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-mode environment

What You'll Do.
Own the Salesforce data layer
Build and maintain SFDC reports
Define and enforce data entry standards
Partner on SFDC configuration changes
Serve as the Sales-side data partner
Own the Sales forecast process operationally
Prepare pipeline review materials
Proactively flag forecast risks
Support GTM MBR and QBR cadences
Own end-to-end compensation administration
Partner on annual comp plan design
Maintain the compensation administration platform
Manage the full comp calendar
Build and maintain comp infrastructure
Own the documentation and operationalization of Sales processes
Partner to drive process adoption
Own the deal desk process
Identify process gaps
Optimize the Marketing → Sales → Implementation → Customer Success handoff
Own the weekly pipeline and forecast review
Partner on bookings planning
Support segment performance reviews

Team & Collaboration
Partner with the GTM Systems Architect; Serve as the Sales-side data partner to the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager; Partner with frontline managers to validate SFDC data; Partner with the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager on forecast accuracy improvement; Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and Finance to support annual comp plan design; Partner with Sales leadership and Enablement to drive process adoption; Identify process gaps and prioritize improvements in partnership with the GTM Systems; Partner with Sales leadership on bookings planning; Partner with GTM Insights for the analytical narrative layer

THE OPPORTUNITY — (REMOTE - USA / CANADA) We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager to serve as the embedded operational partner to our Sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the Salesforce data layer, forecasting cadences, compensation administration, and deal desk processes that power Wrapbook's go-to-market engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. This is a high-autonomy role where your work directly impacts revenue predictability — you'll be the person Sales leadership leans on to turn data into accountability, process into pipeline, and comp plans into performance.
