What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4-6 years of work experience in a business operations, FP&A, or analytics, preferably within a Professional Services or SaaS environment, Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights and "tell the story" behind the data to senior and executive stakeholders, Expert proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) data/reporting, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field, Ability to identify issues in straightforward situations, generate solutions, and make sound decisions using financial and business acumen, Deep understanding of services-specific metrics, including Utilization, LOE, resource allocation, salesookings, cycle time, etc.

Nice to Have

Experience with Monday. com or similar ProServ tools is highly preferred, Demonstrated ability to architect dashboards and data modeling in Tableau, Experience leveraging AI/LLMs to automate data structuring, synthesize complex reporting, and drive predictive insights within a post-sales environment, Experience with the development side of Salesforce (SFDC) or a current SFDC Admin ability to understand and influence data architecture and object relationships

What You'll Do.

Act as a strategic consultant to PS Executive Leadership

Provide data-driven recommendations on forecast trends

and operational improvements

Present formal reports and dashboards that characterize global business performance

Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting motion for PS bookings and revenue

and Expense forecasts

Validate PS revenueookings forecasts and perform detailed variance analysis

Identify systems/reporting improvements and manage processes defined in collaboration with senior management

Actively support the Revenue Recognition process by running reports

informing stakeholders

and ensuring execution of actions

Serve as a common interface to local finance teams
