Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of premium oils including sunflower, groundnut, and rice bran, with a focus on value-based selling.
Identify and engage with key accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) segment, ensuring professional handling, regular follow-ups, and seamless coordination.
Lead and supervise 4–6 Sales Representatives or Distributor Salesmen, ensuring alignment with sales targets and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain relationships with Star Retail Outlets (SROs) and A-Class outlets, negotiating shelf space, listing fees, and promotional visibility to enhance brand imagery.
