Role: Senior Sales Manager Location: Germany, Netherlands About the role: This is a Senior individual contributor role for a commercially sharp, self-directed sales professional with a proven background in consultancy, marketing services, or people solutions environments. In the near term, the focus is squarely on new business — building pipeline from scratch, opening conversations with brands that don't yet know OLIVER, and winning their confidence and their budgets. There is no existing book of accounts to inherit. You'll be building one. Over time, as your client base grows, you'll transition into deepening those relationships- identifying new workstreams, expanding scope, and becoming a strategic partner to the clients you've brought in.
