What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years Enterprise Sales Experience, Proven track record of building, leading, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams, Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI/ML, Ability to translate technology into strategic business outcomes, Demonstrated ability to set bold strategy, prioritize effectively, and operationalize plans with disciplined execution, Trusted advisor to senior executives, Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, Industry expertise in Energy & Utilities, Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools, Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

Experience leveraging ISV and GSI partnerships, Sophisticated contract and commercial negotiation skills, Proven success leading through ambiguity, Comfort working across global, matrix organizations, Established network in Energy & Utilities sector, Fluency in another European language
