Senior Sales Manager ADS eMAG își pune platforma la dispoziția unor companii externe, care își vând propriile produse prin site-ul nostru, ele fiind listate pe eMAG și vizibile pentru toți clienții noștri. Echipa Marketplace se ocupă de tot ce înseamnă relația cu sellerii, începând chiar de la zero: contracte, termeni de prezență pe eMAG, plăți, produse listate, reguli de colaborare. Urmăreste și analizează trendurile de consum, contactează potențialii selleri și îi ajută pe cei prezenți pe Marketplace să-și dezvolte business-ul alături de noi. Ce vei face în echipa noastră: Gestionezi un portofoliu de aproximativ 200 de selleri alocați trimestrial, cu responsabilitate directă asupra adopției și optimizării bugetelor investite în campanii eMAG ADS. Urmărești și crești rata de adopție ADS în rândul sellerilor din portofoliu, cu focus pe activarea conturilor inactive și extinderea utilizării campaniilor existente; Analizezi cu recurență lunară performanța campaniilor eMAG ADS: ROAS, CTR, CPC, Impressions, Spent, și propui recomandări clare de optimizare adaptate fiecărui seller; Susții creșterea bugetelor alocate campaniilor și realizarea targetului trimestrial conform KPI-urilor stabilite la nivel de portofoliu; Conduci sesiuni de consultanță individuală cu s
