Must Have
20+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience, experience selling into the insurance industry in Japan, Proven track record of closing large and complex transformation deals, Experience selling one or more of the following: Insurance core systems, SaaS platforms, Cloud solutions, Digital transformation services, AI and automation solutions, network within Japan insurers and insurance ecosystem, Experience working with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders, Understanding of Japan business culture and enterprise decision-making processes
Nice to Have
MBA preferred, Experience with Life, Health, or General Insurance platforms, Exposure to multinational software vendors or large SI organizations, Experience working in regional or global matrix organizations
