How you will shape Prophero: Onboards clients to PropHero, providing them with information on the PropHero methodology and process and understanding their investment objectives Communicates regularly with the client via the appropriate channels (instant chat, email and/or phone/video call) Resolves all client queries actively, promptly and with high energy, keeping them updated through the process Conducts analysis on the client portfolio to understand the client lifecycle, and decide the appropriate next steps for each client Account Manager: owning a portfolio of investors and making sure no one stops at their first property.
