Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, 3-5 years’ experience in sales in same field, Fluency in English language (both verbal and written)
What You'll Do.
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing customers
Achieve sales targets
Manage relationships with customers
Pursue profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts
Develop customer account plans
Monitor the progress of projects
Respond to queries (technical and commercial)
Inspect painting progress
Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets
Coordinate and monitor closely with project personnel
Liaise with the client market
Respond to sales and technical inquiries
Introduce new products
Monitor projects in accordance with specifications

Process & Methodology
Monitor the progress of projects, deliveries, or accounts closely with customers and contractors, resolving problems, responding to queries (technical and commercial) as well as inspecting painting progress to ensure project completion on the agreed time and obtain optimum coating performance, Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories and concept markets by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used to achieve the sales budget
