Location: U.S. Remote (Preferably New Jersey, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, SF Bay Area for occasional visits to the client) | Up to 25% Travel CI&T is looking for a Senior Sales Executive  to drive new business within the Life Sciences sector as part of our North America operations. This is a quota-carrying role for a seller who pairs a strong track record of closing complex deals with a consultative, solutions-first approach based on services. You will identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for digital services and solutions across pharma, biotech, and medtech. Beyond hunting and closing, you will work shoulder to shoulder with Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to uncover deep client needs and translate them into structured, compelling proposals that win. What You Will Do: Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution - Own and exceed a new business quota for the Life Sciences segment - Prospect for qualified leads (organic and CI&T sourced), build a pipeline of well-qualified opportunities, and drive the end-to-end sales process from first conversation to signed contract - Develop and lead the sales strategy on specific opportunities, including deal qualification, competitive positioning, and close plans - Conduct needs-based discovery assessments and present insights that turn prospect conversations into material opportunities - Negotiate and close contracts, coordinating with legal to ensure agreements are ex
