understanding their business and their objectives

managing the on-boarding

success and satisfaction of our clients

on-boarding and adoption of our new users

driving best practices

product adoption and revenue for Packlink PRO

managing the sales process from proposal all the way through to onboarding

communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders

provide constructive and actionable feedback for the benefit of our users

Own and manage a high-velocity pipeline of inbound leads

converting prospects into long-term Packlink PRO users

qualifying merchant needs

and demonstrating product value

Manage the customer journey from initial proposal through product training

and first successful shipment

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Communicate regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders; Serve as an internal advocate for the user, sharing structured feedback with product and engineering teams
