Must Have
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical, or related majors, 1+ year of project sales experience in HVAC or related industries, Understanding of data center customer core needs for reliability, energy efficiency, life cycle cost, and operational continuity, Ability to translate technical advantages into customer value, Good communication and coordination skills, Project promotion ability, Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented, Proactive, Teamwork oriented, Resilience and execution in complex project environments
Nice to Have
Project experience in data centers, industrial plants, or high-reliability scenarios
What You'll Do.
Responsible for sales of data center (IDC / Cloud Computing / Internet / Finance
etc.) projects in the region
Focus on large chillers and related system solutions
Covering the entire process from project information acquisition
technical communication
to business negotiation
Driving the successful implementation of data center projects by integrating company resources in efficient cold sources
Ensuring completion of sales targets for equipment and system solutions
Deeply maintaining and expanding key customer relationships in the data center industry
Including owners (Internet/Cloud Service Providers/Financial Institutions
and industry partners
Creating customer value and enhancing customer stickiness and long-term cooperation depth based on customer needs for business continuity
Mining and following up on new and expansion data center projects in the region
Identifying valid business opportunities and continuously promoting them
Conducting customer visits and clarifying needs based on data center characteristics such as high reliability
high energy efficiency
and year-round operation
Providing matching data center cooling and system solution recommendations
Collaborating with technical and vertical industry teams to participate in solution comparisons
and design phase communication
Improving the success rate of solution adoption
Formulating clear bidding strategies
participating in project bidding
completing technical and business document preparation
and promoting technical clarification and business negotiation
Coordinating internal support departments
and service teams after contract signing to ensure high-quality project delivery
Following up on contract execution and payment collection
Establishing and continuously expanding the data center industry ecosystem
Regularly visiting owners
and key partners to strengthen long-term cooperative relationships
Continuously monitoring data center industry development trends
and competitor dynamics
Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
Participating in industry market promotion activities in collaboration with regional offices and VBU vertical industry teams
Enhancing the company's influence in the data center industry
Strictly managing projects according to the company's sales process
Timely updating project information to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and project management
