Must Have
5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role, Curiosity about AI, some experience with prompt engineering (formal or self-taught), Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods (e. g. , REST, OAuth 2. 0), Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to tailor your message, A collaborative, get-things-done mindset, A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or working in/with call centers
