What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven success leading complex B2B software evaluations within Enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts, understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering tools, and metrics, Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with technical and business stakeholders alike, Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and takes ownership to make things happen, Experience mentoring or guiding other SEs or cross-functional partners, Humble, collaborative, and motivated by shared success rather than individual credit, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US

Nice to Have

Experience in SPICED, MEDDICC, or other consultative sales methodologies, 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, ideally at a high-growth startup, Familiarity with DevOps, Agile delivery, or Engineering Productivity platforms, bonus if you’ve sold to the CTO / VP Eng persona
