6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting, demonstrated track record of closing large, complex contracts within the collectively bargained marketplace, consistently exceeding quota, Deep subject matter expertise in the Taft-Hartley market, existing network of fund administrators, consultants, and channel partners, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Comfort with data and analytics, active work authorization in the US
