Must Have
Proven track record in grid technology sales, Senior-level experience closing multi-million framework deals, Deep knowledge of European DSO procurement models, Familiarity with EU DSO regulatory frameworks, Ability to design and lead high-performance sales processes, Experience in tender preparation, negotiation, and contract award processes, Capability to recruit, mentor, and manage a sales and pre-sales team
Nice to Have
Experience in LV monitoring, Experience in smart grid devices, Experience in digitalization technologies for DSOs
