Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Drive consistent execution of account planning
Own overall strategy and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
Ensure account plans align to customer business objectives
and executive priorities
Identify growth opportunities through new logo acquisition and expansion
and upsell within existing enterprise relationships
Guide teams through complex negotiations
and multi-year enterprise agreements
Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior ITusiness leaders
Lead resolution of critical escalations
ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership health
Represent the company as a credible executive voice in customer briefings
and strategic reviews
Partner closely with Product
