Job Summary As a Senior Sales Consultant, Heme, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for Eli Lilly Canada Inc.'s hematology portfolio within a defined territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the hematology landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders. At Lilly Canada, we have three levels of Sales positions based on the candidate’s experience, background, and qualifications. The expected compensation is: * Associate Sales Consultant : $82,500 - $121,000 * Sales Consultant : $97,500 - $143,000 * Sr. Sales Consultant : $106,500 - $156,200 This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Sales Incentive Program and a company car. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Job Responsibilities * Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned hematology products within the designated territory. * Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and address specific market needs. * Identify, profile, and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. * Effectively communicate complex clinical and scientific information about Eli Lilly's hematology products to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and demonstrati
