Must Have
business or technical degree or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, 3 years of prior work experience, initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation, customer and service orientation, high level of commitment and reliability, target focused, ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries
Develop new customers via cold calling
Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities
and forecast sales results
Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
