ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will drive Hive’s mission of making quality healthcare accessible to more Filipinos by constantly seeking growth and strategic opportunities to close more accounts. As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Business Development Associate, your areas of responsibilities include: - Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts - Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs - Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market - Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings - Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development - Assist in brand-building initiatives
