What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–8 years of experience in contract administration and/or customer service within a manufacturing environment, Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up are critical, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP is highly preferred, Experience with Salesforce and Ariba is a plus

Maintain customer orders

Proactively contact customers

Set up new customer accounts

Support Key Account Managers

Communicate order changes

Ensure accuracy and compliance

Support cross-functional collaboration

Team & Collaboration

Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams; Communicating weekly order changes to operations and manufacturing teams; Partnering with assigned Account Managers; Keeping the planning team informed; Supporting cross-functional collaboration
