What You'll Do.
Provide subject matter expertise
Ensure OSHA compliance
Conduct New Hire safety training
Conduct ongoing safety training
Maintain OSHA 300 Logs
Assist management during investigations
Act as subject matter expert
Ensure visibility of HSE initiatives
Recommend improvements in effectiveness
Assist with OSHA inspections
Assist with OSHA visits
Assist with OSHA investigations
Collect and analyze data
Identify safety or injury trends
Develop corrective actions
Ensure contractors follow safety policies
Ensure visitors follow safety policies
Assist with emergency action plan
Liaise with local first responders
Conduct Job Safety Analysis
Promote safer forklift operations
Develop training materials
Manage relationship with site security
Ensure security services are provided
Assist with inventory shrinkage investigations
Assist with product theft investigations
Support other departments
Identify ways to improve processes
Identify ways to improve results
