What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings, Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point, Advanced experience administering: Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, and Copilot), Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, GitHub (source control, automation workflows, CI/CD enablement), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Snowflake (platform administration), Databricks (platform administration), PowerShell scripting skills, Comfort working in macOS and Windows CLI environments, Deep understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models, Proven ability to gather requirements, author clear documentation, and translate business needs into workable technical solutions
