Up to 50% domestic travel, Able to wear FRC clothing and other PPE, Can be consulted 24/7 by Plant Managers and Maintenance personnel

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, required with +15 years of rotating machinery experience, Detailed knowledge of various types of compressors, turbines, pumps, and fan designs and maintenance, Solution-oriented, with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, Lubrication knowledge and expertise, Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to perform under stress and time constraints, Comfortable in both corporate and plant environments, Ability to effectively work within a diverse, international organization, Can be consulted 24/7 by Plant Managers and Maintenance personnel, Able to wear FRC clothing and other PPE, Advanced skills with Google suite of tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.), Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, Ability to understand, perform, and retain various job-related operational and safety trainings

Nice to Have

Detailed knowledge of Oxygen Compression Equipment and Oxygen Cleanliness procedures and documentation requirements

What You'll Do.

Support plant operations

Process troubleshooting

Participation in pre TAR planning

TAR supervision and execution

External shop monitoring of components

Make repair recommendations

Monitor quality control

Interpret regulatory requirements

Group Industrial Policy

Implement and maintain compliant operations

Support the preparation of CTE Guidance Documents

Review selected RCA reports

Lead and/or participate in selected incident investigations

Provide leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency of rotating equipment

Support the development of selected risk assessments for new and existing assets

Support selected entity and Group level LI IMS audits

Participate in Air Liquide Group level working groups developing GTs in the rotating machinery technology area

Troubleshoot design problems or calculations from OEM

Support organization for the execution of new capital projects

Act as owner's representative for the design reviews

Provide engineering with technical support and guidance for Plant Projects

Serve as design authority

Review and provide risk assessment for proposed changes to existing rotating machinery via Management of Change (MOC) process

Develop standard equipment specification and engineering practices for rotating machinery

Ensure subsidiary compliance with directives from AL Group related to rotating machinery

Provide operations support to all entities in regards to rotating machinery

Collaborate with Large Rotating machinery vendors and OEM’s

Respond to urgent rotating machinery issues

Applies process understanding and control systems strategies

Recommend process and cost savings improvement opportunities

Issue advisories to spread Best Practices and prevent recurrence of incidents

Work closely with entity Engineering disciplines

Review plant level operating procedures (SOP)

Provide interpretation to entities for implementation and participate in the development of such programs

Provide support for Group programs for rotating machinery technology

Participate strongly in Americas Rotating Machinery Technology KNOE

Build a documented knowledge base of Rotating Machinery technology operational expertise

Provide technical content and training for Rotating Machinery technology

Attend and contribute to selected project development meetings

Provide technical support to CI during the development and execution of new Rotating Machinery capital projects

Collaborate with Large Rotating machinery vendors and OEM’s; Work closely with entity Engineering disciplines; Participate strongly in Americas Rotating Machinery Technology KNOE; Participate in WW CoP
