You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** Join our Surgical Robotics team as a Senior Robotic Clinical Support Specialist and support the clinical engagement and utilisation of the Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery System in New Zealand. In this role, you will report to the Clinical Sales Manager and support the system installation by helping to train surgical teams and maintaining the overall robotic program. Additionally, you will support the local team in raising awareness and expanding our surgeon base by promoting the Hugo RAS System. We are flexible for the candidate to be based out of **Auckland or New Plymouth area.** **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Supporting installation activities alongside internal stakeholders and Medtronic Field Service Engineers * Working closely with hospital staff to prepare the operating room for Hugo RAS cases * Providing on-going clinical and technical support for Hugo RAS cases * Aligning with hospital and CSM to develop, coordinate and execute surgeon engagement and utilisation strategy for key opportunities * Tracking milestones to regularly showcase the value delivered by the Hugo RAS Program * Facilitating Hugo RAS adoption through attending non-Hugo cases with target surgeons * Maintaining on-going Hugo RAS coaching and assist local Customer Training team to deliver Hugo RAS Training Pathway * Coordinating joint in-field activities with the relevant local stakeholders to raise awareness for robotic surgery in the
