Must Have
Demonstrated experience in risk management, benefits realisation, or program assurance within complex ICT or Defence-related environments., Experience working across acquisition, sustainment, and operational delivery environments., Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams., organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced program environment., Ability to operate autonomously, apply sound judgement, and deliver high-quality governance outcomes., Current NV1 Security Clearance (or equivalent active clearance eligibility).
Nice to Have
Relevant qualifications or certifications in risk management, project/program management, or ICT governance are highly regarded.
What You'll Do.
Maintain and enhance risk
and benefits registers across the full ICT program lifecycle.
Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to assess control effectiveness and treatment strategies.
Prepare governance reporting
and assurance documentation for senior stakeholders.
Support transition-to-operations planning
including operational readiness
sustainment dependencies
and handover activities.
Provide expert advice on risk and benefits management practices aligned to recognised frameworks and governance requirements.
Monitor mitigation actions and benefit realisation activities to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by modernising and streamlining risk and assurance processes.
