You: As a Risk & AI Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and our technical implementation teams. You will work closely with financial institution stakeholders, project managers, data engineers, and operations personnel to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Feedzai’s fraud detection solution. Your insights will drive continuous improvement in alert efficiency, investigative processes, and overall fraud risk posture. This includes but is not limited to identifying business needs, proposing business solutions, writing user stories, functional testing, and business user training. You will work alongside Risk Consultants, Data Scientists, and other Business Analysts side-by-side with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and merchants to help them fight fraud and unlock the full value of Feedzai’s platform. Your Day to Day: Requirements Gathering & Analysis Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to document business requirements, fraud scenarios, and investigative workflows.
