What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, proposal management, or related work within investment management, financial services, or a comparable industry, Familiarity with proposal management or RFP platforms such as Loopio, eVestment, or similar tools, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment, Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, Ability to work from the Baltimore office location, Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or process optimization initiatives is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end execution of RFPs and DDQs
Draft responses and coordinate SMEs
Maintain version control and ensure timely delivery
Develop and maintain project timelines
Communicate priorities clearly to stakeholders

Maintain and enhance content libraries
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Support cross-team initiatives
Provide informal mentoring to junior colleagues
