Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years of experience in RF test engineering within the semiconductor industry, Proficiency in developing RF test programs and hardware for automated RF test equipment (ATE) including Advantest V93K RFIM6/RFIM18 or equivalent platforms, Ability to interpret RF hardware schematics, datasheet parameters, and RF device specifications, understanding of RF test methodology, debugging approaches, RF fundamentals (S-parameters, RSSI, SNR noise figure, EVM, ACLR), and mixed-signal testing, Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation to drive RF yield improvements, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Must be a team player, written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in English is preferred

Expertise in RF ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K RFIM6/RFIM18, Experience with RF PCB design and RF hardware development tools, Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or similar programming languages for test automation, Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-site, cross-functional Asia Hub team environment spanning Taiwan and Malaysia, Knowledge of DFT, DFM, RF measurement uncertainty, and 6-sigma principles, statistical test background such as PAT, SBL, experience with RF correlation and GR&R methodologies preferred

**Test Engineer 4** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Senior RF Test Engineer to join our Asia Engineering Team (Taiwan) supporting RF and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products including Advanced Mixed Signal and Wireless Products (AMW) and Signal Integrity Products (SIP). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive RF test solutions across NPI through mass production.
