What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience delivering reward, recognition, and performance activities, Experience operating at Reward Manager, HR Operations Manager, or Head of Reward level, Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering HR initiatives, Experience managing HR projects from conception to implementation, Proven track record of delivering against implementation plans, Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, Experience producing board-level reports and papers, Excel and financial modelling capability
