What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience in Reward with a proven track record in Product and Engineering environments, Navigated the complexities of APAC (e.g., India, Singapore, Japan), Ability to build multi-year reward roadmaps that align with business expansion, Exceptional communicator who can distill complex RSU models or regional tax implications into simple, persuasive narratives for senior leadership, Analytical powerhouse, Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, Led large-scale, global reward projects from ideation through to implementation, Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
What You'll Do.
planning and implementation of compensation and benefit initiatives
Review and evolve the global reward philosophy for Product & Engineering
Oversee the end-to-end reward landscape for the APAC region
Provide data-driven narratives to guide compensation decisions and budget allocations
cross-functional projects
Set the methodology for benchmarking
Identify and implement systemic process improvements
Mentor Reward Partners and upskill the broader People team
Build a team and lead it
Partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver the annual budget exercise and set up annual salary review cycles
Act as a point of contact for market pricing
role evaluations and compensation and benefits analysis and recommendations
Monitor competitive reward trends
evaluate options and make recommendations
Develop and coordinate communications and activities designed to educate and inform Leads and employees about reward programmes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a trusted partner to the CTO, CPO, and regional leads; Partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver the annual budget exercise and set up the annual salary review cycles; Upskill the broader People team on complex reward topics; Collaborate with Leads and employees on reward programmes
Communication Scope
Exceptional communicator who can distill complex RSU models or regional tax implications into simple, persuasive narratives for senior leadership; Develop and coordinate communications and activities designed to educate and inform Leads and employees about reward programmes
Process & Methodology
Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects such as the design of specialized retention schemes for niche tech roles or the harmonization of reward frameworks across new APAC markets, Led large-scale, global reward projects from ideation through to implementation
