4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar, Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Experience building revenue dashboards, Experience building pipeline reporting frameworks, Experience building forecasting models, Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes, Demonstrated ability to implement scalable systems, Cross-functional collaboration skills, Experience working closely with commercial leadership, Experience working closely with marketing, Experience working closely with finance teams, Excellent problem-solving skills, Structured approach to managing operational complexity

Nice to Have

Experience building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations, Experience in healthcare, Experience in healthtech, Experience in biopharma environments

What You'll Do.

Own and improve architecture

Act as internal HubSpot expert

Optimize platform to support commercial organization needs

Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes

Partner with Pharma Partnerships team

Ensure pipeline data is accurate

Ensure pipeline data is consistent

Develop advanced dashboards

Maintain advanced dashboards

Provide leadership visibility into pipeline performance

Provide leadership visibility into revenue drivers

Provide leadership visibility into forecasting accuracy

Own and improve revenue forecasting process

Translate pipeline data into reliable revenue projections

Lead cross-functional initiatives

Improve CRM usability

Improve commercial processes

Improve reporting infrastructure

Establish data governance within CRM environment

Establish data integrity standards

Establish process documentation

Establish best practices for system usage

Collaborate with Marketing
