Must Have

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment, Deep hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience, including flows, automation, reporting, permissions, and object design, Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership and acting as a trusted operational advisor, execution mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments, Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with highly tactical system and process execution

Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, CPQ platforms, and sales engagement technologies is strongly preferred, Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, or process optimization within GTM systems is a plus

Full Job Description

Schoox is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and modernize the systems and operational foundation that powers our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the center of Revenue Operations and serves as a key owner of our sales systems architecture, CRM governance, and operational rigor across the revenue funnel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships leadership to ensure our GTM teams operate on a clean, scalable, and trusted revenue infrastructure. You will own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem, help redesign revenue architecture, improve territory and routing governance, and support the operational processes that drive sales performance.
