What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function at a high-growth tech company, track record of partnering with sales teams, Hands-on Salesforce experience, analytical instincts, Experience with territory design and a track record of maintaining clean, enforced data standards, Clear communicator who can translate ops complexity into something a sales rep or exec can act on
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with AI tools or workflow automation in a GTM, genuine curiosity about what's coming and a track record of experimenting, Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM enrichment and automation tools, Background in wealth management, financial services, or a relationship-driven sales environment
What You'll Do.
Own pipeline stage governance and CRM data hygiene end-to-end
Define and maintain rules of engagement for lead ownership
Lead new tool assessments with a focus on AI-native GTM solutions
Own the GTM analytics layer for the sales motion
Maintain and iterate on the lead scoring model and list management for SDRs
Partner with sales management on call coaching
Own territory design and maintenance as the AE team scales
Own Salesforce configuration and administration for the sales org

Come help us scale! The Role: Revenue Operations at Savvy is entering a new era. We've built the foundation: the CRM infrastructure, pipeline tooling, and an early AI-native analytics layer. Now we need a sharp, technical operator to take ownership of that foundation and scale it. As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the primary operational partner to our sales team. You'll sit closest to our AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership of anyone on the RevOps team, translating what the business needs into the systems, data, and processes that make the sales motion work.
