Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies to support project success. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project deliverables. Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting metrics, and operational dashboards to track progress and outcomes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and barriers while implementing corrective actions when necessary. Drive process standardization initiatives and promote adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices. Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Facilitate continuous improvement efforts by conducting post-project evaluations and implementing lessons learned. Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing across projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, project management, business analysis, performance improvement, or related areas. Strong understanding of core revenue cycle functions, including Patient Access, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denials Management. Proven experience leading projects, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance.
