Must Have
12+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, proficiency in Excel, proficiency in SQL, proficiency in Python, proficiency in Tableau, proficiency in Power BI, data modeling skills in SQL, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Economics
Nice to Have
MBA, Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Experience with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery, Experience with modern data warehouses such as Redshift, Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, expansion, churn, and renewals, Prior experience designing semantic layers, Prior experience designing data models, Prior experience designing KPI definitions for consistent reporting
What You'll Do.
Design and maintain scalable data model
Align and normalize data across systems
Define and standardize core SaaS metrics
Partner with Customer Success
Build models to forecast usage and revenue growth
predict expansion likelihood
identify churn and saturation risk
Apply statistical and analytical techniques
Design dashboards in Tableau
Ensure consistency through centralized metric definitions
