You’re more valuable than ever – And that’s just how we’ll make you feel. **Job Summary** The Senior Revenue Accountant is a key contributor to the Revenue Accounting team, responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of revenue-related financial data in a multi-entity healthcare environment. This role oversees critical components of the month end close process, designs and enhances revenue accounting policies, and provides meaningful analysis to support operational and financial -decision making. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical accounting expertise-, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. **Qualifications** **Education Required:** • Bachelor’s degree in accounting. **Work Experience Required:** • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in revenue accounting or healthcare finance. • Experience working with fully integrated ERP or accounting systems. • Experience supporting year-end audit requirements and contributing to audit readiness. **Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:** • CPA or progress toward certification • Workday experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and cross‑department collaboration. • Solid understanding of healthcare revenue recognition and GAAP principles. • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas). • Strong grasp of financial statements and ability to interpret complex data. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills. • Clear written and verbal communication of financial concepts. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. • High integrity, strong work ethic, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
