Must Have

FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 Life & Health license required, Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions

Nice to Have

Financial advisor experience preferred, Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing, preferred

Develop relationships with participants

Manage relationships with participants

Conduct retirement education

Conduct retirement planning

Acquire new small cases

Assist Program Director in territory planning

Assist Program Director in execution strategies

Assist Program Director in team building

Assist Program Director in development activities

Serve as financial resource

Provide counseling on plan features

Provide guidance on plan benefits

Develop relationships with key entity contacts

Expand products within the plan

Expand services within the plan

Support Program Director with training

Troubleshoot problems

Lead special projects

Solve customer issues

Implement actions to improve processes
