Support the development and activation of Priceline's VIP loyalty program

Architect retention and loyalty strategies

Develop strategy docs and requirements that product and technology partners can build against

Collaborate with product managers across the Re-engagement and Trip Management & Loyalty portfolios

Maintain and evolve customer lifecycle frameworks and segmentation inputs

Build repeatable systems that reduce manual effort across campaign development

# ****Senior Retention & Loyalty Strategy Specialist**** **Hybrid – 2 days in-office** Priceline is transforming how we engage our most loyal customers, moving to a product operating model and aggressively exploring AI to amplify what a lean team can achieve. This role sits at the heart of that work, partnering directly with the Senior Director to shape strategy across the VIP loyalty program, Re-engagement, and Trip Management portfolios, and our Customer 360 data initiatives.
