What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent), experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, Proven experience administering Public Works and FIDIC contracts, In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices, Ability to review technical documentation, monitor quality standards, oversee compliance, leadership and communication skills, manage teams, liaise with stakeholders, A proactive, problem-solving mindset, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Ensure projects completed safely
Ensure projects completed on time
Ensure projects completed within budget
Ensure projects completed to quality standards
Ensure works carried out in line with contract documents
Ensure works carried out in line with specifications
Implement and monitor safety policies
Review HSQE documentation
Conduct weekly site safety reviews
Act as main point of contact
Provide clear updates
Resolve issues promptly
Report and manage incidents
Assist in investigations
Ensure corrective actions implemented
