What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction-related discipline, Minimum 10 years of construction experience, At least 5 years in direct Project Management or Construction Management responsibility, Experience across major construction or infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, or industrial facilities, Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, codes, standards, and best practices, Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams in a multicultural environment, English communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to obtain a Saudi driving license

International construction industry exposure, Arabic language skills
What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day construction leadership across multiple capital and infrastructure projects
Ensure contractor compliance with HSE
and project control requirements
Monitor contractor performance against project KPIs
and contractual requirements
Chair regular meetings and workshops to support project delivery and resolve construction-related issues
Supervise Resident Construction Engineers across architectural
and mechanical disciplines
Provide technical and project management guidance on specifications
Review and coordinate shop drawings
and technical or contractual clarifications
Manage correspondence and submittal routing between the contractor
Review and recommend approval of contractor monthly invoices and progress reports
and contractor performance issues
and support mitigation or recovery actions
Coordinate with contractors
client representatives
Support contract compliance
and closeout activities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
