### Senior Researcher – Executive Search ### Job Overview We are seeking a commercially minded and highly organised Senior Researcher – Executive Search to support the delivery of retained search assignments across a range of specialist markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a research professional who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys uncovering exceptional talent, generating market insight, and contributing meaningfully to successful senior-level appointments. Working closely with Partners and business development leaders, you will play a central role in the end-to-end executive search process, from assignment briefing and market mapping through to shortlist development and offer management support. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong research capability with sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in senior leadership hiring.
