What You'll Do.
Lead formulation development of complex injectable products
and lyophilized injectables.
proof-of-concept development
prototype formulation
and technology transfer.
Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing scales for injectable products.
Actively participate in troubleshooting
and development of mitigation strategies for complex formulation challenges.
Design and execute pre-formulation and formulation studies
including process development and optimization using Design of Experiments (DoE) principles.
Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles for systematic product and process development.
Evaluate and implement new technologies
and equipment to enhance organizational capabilities.
Conduct in-depth literature reviews to stay updated on formulation trends
emerging technologies
and competitor products.
