Expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone., Expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 3.5 weeks.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–8 years of experience in research, consulting, journalism, editorial strategy, analyst roles, or related fields, with demonstrated success producing high-quality long-form content or thought leadership., Exceptional writing ability with narrative structure, editorial judgment, and attention to detail across long-form and research-driven formats., Ability to conduct deep research, synthesize information, identify patterns, and form original perspectives from complex information., Experience developing premium content that drives authority, engagement, and audience trust rather than high-volume or SEO-only output., Ability to create scalable workflows for research, drafting, editing, and publishing while maintaining high standards of quality., Highly autonomous, intellectually curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments without rigid structure., Work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that both personal and collective dignity are supported.

Identify high-performing content formats and iterate based on audience response and performance.
Support the development of scalable content systems that enable consistent premium output.
Build workflows for research
Leverage AI tools to improve research quality
accelerate production
and increase publishing velocity.
Continuously optimize processes to scale high-quality content creation without sacrificing depth or rigor.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with founding leadership, product, marketing, and AI/research teams.; Contribute directly to the company’s positioning, authority, and long-term growth strategy.; Receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager.
