## Accountabilities In this role, you will lead and contribute to the full lifecycle of market research projects, ensuring high-quality execution and impactful delivery. You will be responsible for: Designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and research frameworks tailored to client objectives Managing data collection processes while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and methodological rigor Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, insights, and strategic implications Developing compelling reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling outputs that translate data into action Managing client relationships and supporting strategic advisory conversations throughout project delivery Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to team capability building and best practices Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across multiple concurrent engagements Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in market research and a proven ability to deliver insights-driven consulting work. You will have: 5+ years of experience in market research, preferably in a supplier-side or consultancy environment Strong expertise in end-to-end research execution, including design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies across diverse industries Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort using research and data tools High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders A strong analytical mindset combined with curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving ability Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is considered an asset Benefits Competitive compensation alig
