Must Have

Minimum 5 years' experience in reporting, performance management, or project controls within a major programme environment, Experience developing and managing reporting processes, performance frameworks, and management information outputs, Understanding of project controls disciplines and reporting structures, including WBS, CBS, and OBS frameworks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience driving continuous improvement and implementing digital solutions within reporting environments, Stakeholder management skills, Degree in a numerate discipline, HND, or equivalent qualification supported by relevant industry experience, Full right to work in the UK

Experience working on major infrastructure, energy, nuclear, transportation, defence, or other large-scale capital projects, Experience developing reporting frameworks on complex or mega-projects, Proficiency in Power BI, data visualisation, data analytics, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques, Experience working within highly regulated project environments, Knowledge of modern business intelligence and digital reporting solutions
