High School, 2 years relevant experience, Computer skills (in MS office), advanced Excel skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Journalism, Social Science, Humanities, IT-Computer Literacy, CL-Multi-stakeholder Communications with Partners, Government & Community, CO-Drafting and Documentation, DM-Data Management, PG-Programme Analysis, English, Spanish
Nice to Have
Bachelor or equivalent or higher, Training relevant to function of the position including Programme Management - Level 1, Experience supporting visibility, communications, or donor-facing materials
What You'll Do.
Prepare briefing notes and reports
Assist in consolidation of data
Prepare periodic reports
Update information tracking system(s)
Adhere to electronic filing requirements
Provide administrative support
Accompany visits of foreign delegation
Give appropriate briefings
Interpreting support and commentaries
Contribute to accurate data presentation
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Consolidate and provide inputs for donor reports
Support risk management
Seize opportunities impacting objectives
