What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end renewals book of business
Drive on-time renewals
Eliminate renewal backlog
Hit gross and net revenue retention targets
and improve renewals process
Proactively identify issues and gaps
Propose and implement solutions
Shift engagement to 90-day-out cadence
Negotiate and close commercial terms of renewals
Build light expansion motion
Layer upsell and cross-sell motion
Align on renewal strategy
Direct and leverage offshore renewals support
Provide functional guidance to offshore resources
Manage renewals transacting through integration and channel partners
Apply AI and automation to renewals workflow
Own renewals forecasting and reporting
Maintain accurate forward forecast and pipeline
Identify and reduce churn risk early
Flag at-risk renewals
Coordinate save plays
Feed root-cause insights back into business
Maintain CRM and quoting-system hygiene
account data accurate
Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape our renewals function for our Security product from the ground up. As our first dedicated Senior Renewals Manager, you won’t just process renewals—you’ll define how renewals are done at Genea: the process, the policies, the playbooks, and the commercial standards that turn a reactive, deadline-driven scramble into a proactive, value-led motion. You’ll get the book caught up, move us to a consistent forward-looking renewal cadence, and over time evolve the role into a value-confirmation and light expansion (upsell/cross-sell) motion that grows net revenue retention. This is a senior, high-autonomy individual-contributor role for someone who sees a high-potential function and is energized by the chance to build it into a best-in-class one. You’ll partner daily with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, leverage offshore support for operational scale, and have the runway to bring AI and automation into the workflow. Just as important, this is a build role with room to grow: you’ll stand the function up from the ground floor
